These Terms of Service govern your use of the Toc Toc Dance AI video generator at toctocdance.app, operated by Toc Toc Dance. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Toc Toc Dance turns one photo into a short dance video. You upload a clear, front-facing photo. A prepared template supplies the dance motion, camera movement, timing and the original knock audio. The finished clip is rendered in a vertical 9:16 frame and is intended for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You do not write a prompt or perform the choreography. The photo is the only creative input. Results depend on the photo and on the model. A generation can fail, return a clip with artifacts, or differ from what you expected. The service is an AI video generator, not a professional video editor, likeness guarantee or fact-checking tool. Do not use it to make it appear that a real person did or said something they did not do.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. To use paid features you need an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and do not share access in a way that lets others act as you. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may refuse or close accounts that use disposable or alias email addresses to abuse the service, that create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or that otherwise break these terms.
Credits and payments
Generations are paid for with credits. Video generations cost 10 credits per second; the current 11.7-second template is rounded to 12 seconds, so a Toc Toc dance video costs 120 credits. The cost is shown before a paid task starts, and the price may change for future purchases. Every purchase is a one-time credit pack. The service does not create a subscription or recurring charge. Purchased credits do not expire and remain on your balance until used. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. If a generation fails on the provider side, the unused credits are returned automatically. Used credits are not refundable once the clip has been delivered, except where the law or our Refund Policy gives you a refund right. Chargebacks and payment reversals may cause the related credits to be frozen or removed while the dispute is reviewed. Contact support first so we can check the issue.
Your photo and permissions
You must own the photo or have all rights and consents needed to use it and to generate a clip from it. If the photo shows another person, you must have that person's permission to use their image in this way. Upload one person only, and only an adult. Do not upload: • photos of anyone under 18; • non-consensual intimate imagery, nudity or sexual content involving a real person; • identity documents, financial information or other sensitive personal data; • content that is illegal, exploitative, harassing, defamatory or infringing; • content that you do not have the right to use. Uploaded images may be checked by an automated moderation service before generation. We may reject or remove an image, delete it from storage and refuse the task. Repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension or termination. We may report illegal content to the relevant authorities. You grant us a limited licence to store, copy, transmit and process your photo and the generated clip only as needed to provide the service, including sending them to our generation, storage and moderation providers. This licence ends when you delete the content, subject to backups and records we must keep by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: • impersonate a real person without their permission, or imply their endorsement; • create misleading political, commercial or journalistic content, or commit fraud; • harass, threaten, defame, coerce or blackmail anyone; • create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a minor; • bypass moderation, credit checks, rate limits or access controls; • scrape, crawl or automate access, or use bots to overload the service; • resell access, offer a competing service, or reverse engineer the generation pipeline; • upload malware or interfere with the service or other users; • break any law or third-party right. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending access and reporting illegal activity.
Generated output and ownership
Subject to your rights in the photo and to the rights described below, you own the clip the service generates for you. You may use it for personal and commercial content, including posting it on social platforms, subject to these terms and the platform's rules. We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, the prepared dance template, the motion, the original audio, the models and the branding. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may not copy, redistribute or use the template or service itself as a separate product. The template keeps its original knock audio. Music and copyright rules on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other platforms may still apply to your post. We do not guarantee that a clip is cleared for every platform, territory or commercial use. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you. Do not present a generated clip as a real recording of a person's actions or statements, and do not suggest that Toc Toc Dance endorses you or your content without our written permission.
Availability and changes
The service depends on third-party model providers, storage and payment providers. Queue times, provider limits, maintenance and outages can affect when a task finishes or whether it finishes at all. We may change, limit, pause or discontinue parts of the service, including templates, models, modes, prices and credit costs. Where a change affects a purchase you have already made, we will honour the credits you bought, subject to these terms and applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that a clip will match the person in the photo, that the audio will sync perfectly, or that a clip will meet a platform's content, music or advertising rules. AI-generated video can contain visual artifacts, distorted hands, changed clothing, altered background details or other inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing a clip before you publish or use it. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toc Toc Dance and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the price of the service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toc Toc Dance and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: • your uploads or generated clips; • your violation of these terms or applicable law; • your infringement of another person's rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright or music rights; • your use of a clip in a way that misleads or harms someone.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Profile. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, create risk for other users or the service, engage in fraud or chargebacks, or use the service for illegal activity. Where reasonable, we will give notice before acting. We may remove content and delete data in line with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and governing law, will continue to apply.
Intellectual property
The service, including its design, code, templates, motion data, audio, models, text and branding, is owned by Toc Toc Dance or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or reverse engineer any part of the service, or use our branding without written permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It forms part of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Shenzhen, China, have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@toctocdance.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make it visible on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
